The end of the year is the perfect time to conduct both a quarterly and annual review of your vision story, long and short-term goals, and your 12-week plan. In this episode learn to ask yourself open-ended questions to help you gain clarity, learn lessons, and make better plans for the future.

General Review Question Examples:

What was the most important thing I/we did this past year?
What was the biggest lesson I learned this year?
What is the one thing I did last year that I need to do again this next year?
What or who are you thankful for?
What did I do well this year?
What didn’t go well? And what can I learn from that?
What 5 people were most impactful in my life this year?

Life Focus Review Question Examples: (Fitness, Finances, Faith, Family, Friends, Fun, Field/Career, etc.):

In each of your focus areas:

What is going well?
What is not going well?
What is your biggest win in this area?
What is the greatest opportunity for growth in this area?
What is 1 thing I need to do now in this area of focus?
