4 Specific items that must be present for a strong commitment (from Brian Moran, Author of The 12 Week Year):
1. A Strong Desire: A clear vision. Know your why, and have a desire to accomplish your goal.
2. Keystone Actions: What key habits and actions must be accomplished to reach your goals.
3. Count the Costs: Know what this will cost to accomplish: Money, time, comfort, etc.
4. Act on Commitments, not feelings: Don’t let our feelings get in the way of accomplishing our goals.
