To maintain your execution throughout the year, perform a quarterly review of your vision story, long and short-term goals, and your 12-week plan. In this episode learn to perform a quarterly review. We’ll review how to ask yourself open-ended questions that will help you gain clarity, set better goals, and learn how to execute them.
Start by asking yourself some key questions:
What was the most important thing I/we did this past quarter?
What was the biggest lesson I learned this quarter?
What is the one thing I did last in the quarter that I need to do again this next quarter?
What or who are you thankful for?
What did I do well this quarter?
What didn’t go well? And what can I learn from the quarter?
What 5 people were most impactful in my life this quarter?
It is also a great time to rate and review each of your life focuses such as the 7 F’s I’ve highlighted in past episodes:
Faith
Family
Fitness
Finances
Friends
Fun
Field/Career
Yours could vary from this list.
In each of your focus areas:
What is going well?
What is not going well?
What is your biggest win in this area?
What is the greatest opportunity for growth in this area?
What is 1 thing I need to do now in this area of focus?
SMART Goals:
